With the lettings market at a near-record level of activity, Countrywide is seeking recruits for its fifth two-year graduate management programme.
Since 2012, 41 people have been recruited; early intakes have now finished the programme and have succeeded with progress involving individuals getting permanent posts ranging from a student lettings manager, a regional trainer, customer care manager and three branch managers.
The first year focuses on developing candidates understanding of the business and the various roles within it, while the second year focuses more on management.
