Activist + 1 + one passer by Why did you give them the exposure as will just encourage another activist + 1 to make a stand with a hundred plackards. And Where are the police to them on move for blocking the entrance of their commercial business?

Why would they come out with this when Tmw which is nationwide owned is probably the biggest btl lender. I had the last few cases being declined from too strict survey/underwriting so maybe appetite to lend in this market has suddenly vanished as definitely changed in their attitude to lend in recent months and not COVID led decisions as other lenders have not gone same route as these

What about countrywides let off ? Using £10,000,000 of tenants funds to prop up their business and get little fine. The rest of us would be shut down. We have been licensed for years and when my accountant said I was £0.42 adrift (interest charge) I got a compliance visit from ARLA! Which passed with flying colours and l Obviously then sacked accountant afterwards for not using common sense.
