The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) has opened nominations of the Inventory Clerk Of The Year Award and is inviting letting agents and landlords to email their vote via the AIIC website.

This is the third year that the AIIC is running the Inventory Clerk Of The Year Award, which was set up to recognise and celebrate inventory clerks who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Letting agents and landlords can nominate a clerk from over 500 nationwide AIIC members.

Last year’s winner was Charlotte Leigh of Howard Inventories, based in London.  Clients nominated her for ’providing an excellent service and the inventories and reports that are second to none.’

The 2012 Inventory Clerk Of The Year will be announced at the AIIC Annual General Meeting in March 2012, where they will receive a trophy, a year’s free AIIC membership and prize money.

Pat Barber, Chair of the AIIC, said: “We are delighted to be opening the nominations for the third annual Inventory Clerk Of The Year Award and look forward to receiving many votes via the website!”

Every vote counts in this popular award - so just go to www.theaiic.co.uk to nominate your AIIC inventory clerk. The deadline for voting is 31st January 2012.

The AIIC is committed to excellence and professionalism in the property inventory process and works hard to ensure that all landlords, tenants and letting agents understand the importance and benefits of professionally completed property inventories.
