Members of the Guild of Property Professionals will be given access to a series of training videos put together by former ARLA Propertymark president Sally Lawson.

The videos, which will be shared via the Guild members’ hub, will see Lawson deliver practical training on a range of topics, including motivating the team and improving market share.

The first session is titled ‘Business Owners’ and the second in the series is called ‘Negotiators and Listers’.

“To work with someone of Sally’s calibre and expertise is amazing,” says Iain McKenzie, chief executive of the Guild.

“Sally’s wealth of knowledge regarding business practices within a lettings agency is renowned and will be an invaluable tool for business owners who want to grow their operation.”

Lawson adds: “The series is designed to provide lettings agencies with a number of valuable business enhancement tips within a format that they can keep and use when needed.”

“The video format is a great platform to learn as it allows business owners the opportunity to go through each topic in their own time and refer back to certain sections if they wish to do so.”

Guild members can also access Lawson’s one-day intensive growth focused training courses for business owners at discounted rates.
