Spicerhaart ‘values internal development’ as it promotes from within

One of the leading estate agency groups in the UK has said it places high value on internal development following the promotion of one of its own to a high-profile position within the company.

Spicerhaart Lettings’ new Area Director for the West and Wales has been promoted internally after 11 years working his way up the ranks.

Morgan Wilson originally joined the company as a Negotiator in 2010 before becoming a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Manager and latterly a Branch Partner in Weston-Super-Mare.

His promotion to an Area Director for haart and Darlows is the next big step in his career, Spicerhaart said.

“It is my honour to take on this role. I have spent my entire career working in sales and the property industry, and I am ready to use my knowledge to help others develop and grow,” Wilson said.

“This role is more than a nine-to-five job. I have always gone above and beyond for customers to ensure I am serving their needs, and I ensure to do the same for my staff who deserve to be nurtured throughout their journey.”

Antony Lark, Spicerhaart’s group managing director, added: “Morgan is an incredibly loyal member of the Spicerhaart family and a go-to person for the wider team. His promotion is a reflection of all he has done so far.”

The company says Wilson’s mindset of personal growth mirrors its own brand values of developing employees to their best potential and promoting internally where they can.

haart offers employees various training schemes to help them build their career, such as the Leadership, Empowerment and Development programme, as well as a Vocational Development Scheme.
