Samuel Estates, an agency based in south west London, has snapped up local independent Home Lets.
Established in 2004 the first Samuel Estates office was in Colliers Wood in 2006, since which time the company has grown both organically and by the acquisition of other independents. It now has some 20 staff and three offices, including in Balham and Streatham.
Home Lets is based at Thornton Heath, near Streatham.
