High profile independent lettings agency base property specialists is marking its 20th anniversary with a new video-first website.
The agency - located in London and founded in 2004 by Kristjan Byfield and An Deckers - has won over 30 awards during its two decades and says its new website scores in three particular ways.
Firstly its video-first content; secondly by using what the agency calls “fresh industry-challenging language” such as ‘residents and owners’ rather than ‘tenants and landlords’; and thirdly with a user-friendly design without traditional property search and auto-valuation features but instead focusing on culture and the company’s track record.
