Beauchamp Estates, one of the best-known names in luxury property, has announced an expansion of its broker model and network.

The agency says it reflects the dynamic nature of successful prime and super prime transactions.

Unlike the American model, where brokers operate as individuals under an umbrella brand, only taking fees on what they personally sell, Beauchamp Estates will operate a hybrid broker network, comprised of both tied agents and associates.

Gary Hersham, Director and founder, said: “Our new brokerage model represents a deliberate evolution of our boutique structure. It is not a reaction to the market or a move toward scale for its own sake.

“The model allows experienced professionals, seeking a long-term home within a relationship led firm, to operate within the Beauchamp Estates brand and benefit from support. Cultural fit will be a priority over production volume, with brokers in both streams working in full collaboration, committed to our values and client focus.”

“We are not seeking to replicate large international brokerage networks or franchised operations, as these are not the appropriate structures for Beauchamp Estates. Our focus remains firmly on discretion, quality and long term, multi-generational relationships.”
