MarketRent, the rent review platform built for the Renters Rights Act, has integrated with CRM platform Alto.
MarketRent was founded by Rajeev Nayyar and Duncan Careless, previously co-founders of property maintenance platform Fixflo.
The Alto integration enables agencies to run the full rent review process directly from their existing Alto data.
Tenant details, landlord contacts, property information and tenancy terms flow into MarketRent automatically, so when the platform issues rent review notices, communicates proposed increases or generates the evidence pack, it draws on the same data the agent already maintains in Alto.
Agencies do not need to duplicate records or maintain a parallel data set.
Nayyar, chief executive of Market Rent, comments: “Rent reviews have become more important, more visible and more operationally demanding under the Renters Rights Act. For agencies on Alto, this integration means the rent review process is no longer a parallel workflow.
“Their existing data powers the evidence, the communications and the audit trail. That is what consistent, defensible rent reviews actually look like in practice.”
