Regional property group Beresfords has been named a Trusted Agent 2026 Platinum winner, placing it among the top 2% of agency offices in the UK.

The recognition was announced following a nationwide benchmark of more than 20,000 UK agent offices. 

Offices are judged by independent performance to rate how effectively agents sell and let homes in their local markets, alongside indicators such as time to sell and fall-through rates. 

This is combined with customer feedback from platforms including Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Feefo.

Around 400 offices nationally achieved Platinum status; a further 600 offices achieved Gold status.
