A fast-growing lettings and property management agency is opening an office in St Austell.

Lang Llewellyn & Co is opening another branch in St Austell, Cornwall, following its acquisition of established St Austell lettings business RPM Lettings earlier this year.

The established RPM portfolio is predominantly based in and around St Austell, making a permanent office in the town an important part of the company’s plans for the area.

Charlotte Rayner, agency director, says: “Opening our second office in St Austell is a really exciting milestone for us.

“We don’t want this simply to be another office with our name above the door. We want to become part of the St Austell community and give landlords, tenants and local people the chance to meet the people behind the business.

“Having a local office means there’s an experienced, approachable team here that people can pop in and talk to when they need us.”
