Hello Neighbour, an online service, has been named the UK’s fastest-growing lettings agent.

The title was awarded by the UK Fast Growth Index, an annual ranking of the independent businesses run by a group called the Ideas Community.

The Index placed Hello Neighbour 94th in its UK Top 200 and among the fastest-growing businesses in London, after the company grew its turnover by 253%  between 2023 and 2025.

The agency claims its growth has come from combining technology with letting experts “to make renting a property faster, easier and safer.”

Landlords can list a property themselves for £29, which includes advertising on Rightmove.

For an additional £30, they can use the platform to manage the deposit and compliance, produce a best-in-class tenancy agreement and collect the first month’s rent.

Agency chief executive Richard Jenkins says the award “reflects the landlords who have trusted us to do lettings differently.

“The figures behind the ranking stop at the end of 2025, and we have carried that momentum into this year.

“Landlords want lower costs and better results, and so demand is only growing.”

A UK Fast Growth Index spokesperson adds: “Hello Neighbour is a great example of the extraordinary talent and ambition we see in businesses across every part of the UK.

“Earning a place on this year’s Index, alongside firms that have together more than doubled in size in just two years, is a remarkable achievement.”
