Tickets for the Women in Estate Agency (WiEA) 2027 flagship event are available from today.

We Bring the Vibe, You Bring the Tribe is the theme for the event, which is billed as definitely not being a conference.

It’s happening at the Shaw Theatre at Pullman London St Pancras on Thursday March 4.

The first 100 tickets are being released as 50 Early Bird pairs, priced at £249 per ticket including VAT.

Chair Verona Frankish says: “People often tell us that WiEA feels different to anything else they attend in the industry, and that has always mattered enormously to us. We want people to learn, of course, but we also want them to leave feeling more confident, more connected and more certain that they have people around them who genuinely want to see them succeed.

“That is what this event has become for so many people. It is not simply another date in the diary, it is the one they tell us they absolutely cannot miss.”

She says WiEA 2027 will bring together a strong mix of speakers from inside and outside estate agency, some well-known faces and Rightmove returning as headline partner, with a professional host leading the day.

Although the event is returning to the Shaw Theatre, the WiEA team says the experience itself will feel very different from previous events.

Liana Loporto Browne, WiEA co-founder, comments: “There is something incredibly powerful about bringing someone into a room they might never have put themselves in.

“They might hear something that gives them the confidence to back themselves, meet somebody who opens up a completely new way of thinking, realise they are not the only person who has felt the way they do, or simply spend a day surrounded by people who genuinely want to see them do well.

“That is why people come back, and it is why so many of them leave saying, ‘I know exactly who I’m bringing next year.’

“And importantly, this is not about women progressing in isolation. WiEA exists to champion women, but real change happens when women and men are part of the conversation together.”
