MPL Interiors is a concept-to-completion design, fit out, office relocation and refurbishment company, specialising estate agency branches. We are a family owned and run business that has been an industry leader for over 25 years. At the head of the company are Mike and Harry Simons – a father and son team who use past experience and an exceptional eye for design to steer the company in the right direction. Our experienced design team create, space plan, manage and install office refurbishments, shop fronts and window displays for estate agents looking to rebrand, reposition and increase market share through better design. Our service also includes corporate identity branding and the creation of bespoke furniture. MPL Interiors offers nationwide coverage but specialises in London and the South. We focus on tackling projects of all sizes, coordinating every aspect from trades, data/service providers and utilities to planning applications, delivery schedules and aftercare. Increasingly we are incorporating digital technology into our estate agency branch refurbishments, including media display walls, digital window displays and touch screens.
Our stunning branch refurbishments are already motivating teams, improving staff welfare and attracting new business at a time of heightened threats from online operations. We continue to forge longstanding relationships with our clients - many of whom return to us year after year as they grow, rebrand and acquire new office space.

Our job is to make the refurbishment or relocation process as stress-free and as simple as possible. Our in-house design team is involved in each project from day one – there’s no outsourcing or re-briefing – so the designs they deliver are on message and on budget from the start. MPL Interiors’ third Partner – Tim Mason – has been in the fit out industry for over 23 years and uses his experience to deliver every project that we undertake. Tim works closely with clients to ensure there is minimum disruption to their business during the refurbishment or relocation works. This will involve co-ordinating our design team together with manufacturers, trades and our installers from day one, as we understand that keeping to a tight schedule and delivering a project that doesn’t exceed budget is crucial.
We also ensure there’s one main point of contact for every client so they are not passed from pillar to post or frustrated by talking to a staff member who knows nothing about their project. Even so, the MPL set up – all working together in one open plan office – means everyone here will have some knowledge about the client and their refurbishment, which is very reassuring.
