@David; ok let’s go with your theory that I’m the seller (landlord) and you’re the customer (tenant). Labour come in and I the seller no longer want to supply the product (housing). Great. Another reason for landlords to leave the market and tenants suffer even more. Why can’t we get someone who knows that they are doing to look into it rather then dreaming up ideas which “sound good to tenants”. Will sound really good when there is less stock for them to be housed in!
