Andrews Property Services, the property management wing of Andrews estate agents, has taken on 350 receivership properties on behalf of chartered surveyors Jorden Salata.
Jorden Salata has particular expertise in receiverships of bulk residential buy-to-let portfolios.
Emma Cox, head of Andrews Property Services, said: “We are very pleased to be working with our new client Jorden Salata. We are like-minded companies, and culturally we fit well together.
“Through our partnership we will deliver high-quality property management services in the same way that we do currently for our individual landlords – whilst operating on a national scale.”
Andrews Property Services will now be looking to recruit more staff, including experienced property managers.
