LSL, owners of national chains Your Move and Reeds Rains, is upping its presence in London where it owns Marsh & Parsons and Lauristons.
Lauristons, which was bought by LSL last July, has announced that it has set off on the acquisition trail.
The company, established 19 years ago, has just acquired I-Manage Property of Wimbledon, a family-run lettings, property management and block management business.
Steve Truman, Lauristons managing director, said: “We’ve made no secret of the fact that we’re keen to develop a two-pronged acquisition programme where we are looking to acquire lettings businesses in our current locations – Wimbledon, Putney, Balham and Battersea.
“We are also looking to acquire lettings and estate agency businesses in south-west London that will also complement our current network.”
