The registration page for agents to sign up to the new SAFEagent scheme is now live.
The scheme is for agents who have client money protection in place, and who will be able to display a kitemark to show this.
It does not matter if the CMP is in place through NALS, NFoPP, RICS or the Law Society.
The scheme will be free to agents, beyond a token sum for marketing materials.
After the agents’ registration process is complete, a consumer awareness programme is to be launched.
