PropCo tackles agent ID verification pain with Yoti Integration

Technology Blueprint Ltd (TBL) has just announced the integration of Document Signing and ID Verification provider Yoti Sign into its market-leading PropCo Property Management Platform.

The move sees Yoti joining PropCo’s existing stable of API integrations with 36 best-in-class providers including FixFlo and Inventory Hive. PropCo’s customers benefit from these deep and rich integrations through increased flexibility and data visibility, supporting their business objectives.

The integration with Yoti Sign enables secure online document signing, reducing admin costs and streamlining key letting agency processes further through PropCo. Yoti Sign integration offers a significant range of functions including form input, document grouping by envelope and offline signing.

PropCo & Yoti are already working on the next phase of the integration which is to bring Yoti's Identity Verification (IDV) service to customers. This would further strengthen the partnership between the two companies, and allow PropCo clients to simultaneously complete Right to Rent checks, AML checks and signing documents with their identity, all through Yoti Sign.
