Lettings portal Property Squirrel has scrapped all listing fees for letting agents.
Property Squirrel launched last year and currently caters primarily for the Scottish market, although it does carry listings for elsewhere.
However, there are plans to expand its presence across the UK.
Agents with a small portfolio will be able to log into the brand new agent admin area and upload their data. Agents with large portfolios may be able to have the process automated.
