Belvoir's seemingly non-stop acquisition trail has continued with the snapping up of one of Scotland's largest and most successful lettings agencies, Ryden lettings in Edinburgh.
It is by some margin the largest acquisition made by Belvoir in the past two years.
The four business owners involved in this acquisition have been colleagues for many years and are extremely well respected. They already run highly successful businesses in Falkirk and Belfast and between them have vast experience and intimate knowledge of the lettings industry, which is a perfect fit says Belvoir's Dorian Gonsalves.
Ryden Lettings was formed in 1989 and has nearly 800 properties under management in the city.
