Cardiff agency CPS Homes is celebrasting a record 14 per cent increase in the number of homes it has let in the past year.
Its Cathays branch, servicing northern and eastern Cardiff, rented 13.6 per cent more units in 2014 than in 201, exactly the same increase recorded at the firm's Cardiff Bay branch, covering southern and western areas of the city.
