A London council is inviting letting agents in its boundaries to a briefing session tomorrow morning ahead of the introducing of an additional licensing scheme.
Greenwich's scheme actually came into force on October 1 but the briefing is being held now, organised by the local authority along with information service London Property Licensing and the National Approved Lettings Scheme.
Council officers will kick off the session and there will be tips offered on managing the application process, as well as opportunities for questions and answers.
