Now in their eights year, the supplier categories have become an integral part of the annual ESTAS competition, providing a badge which is instantly recognisable by agents and which showcases a firm’s commitment to quality service and value for money.
Just like all the agencies taking part in The ESTAS, suppliers are rated by their clients who complete an online customer service survey.
