Respected industry trainer and consultant Michael Day is joining the board of Glanty, the parent company of lettings PropTech firm teclet.
teclet is an online portal platform that enables agents to automate lettings and management processes while retaining their existing supplier relationships and arrangements.
Day, who runs Integra Property Services with a portfolio of no fewer than 700 clients, says:
“I’m delighted to be joining Glanty as a Non Exec Director having worked with the teclet team over the last year or so in a supplier/client relationship. I’m immensely impressed by the teclet offering which I strongly urge letting agents to take a look at.
“My business, Integra Property Services works with hundreds of sales and lettings agents and shall continue to do so. We’re seeing challenging times at the moment and agents need to re-plan and reorganise their businesses to mitigate or remove threats whilst also maximising the opportunities that exist. teclet could well be an integral part of a successful future for many.”
Glanty chief executive Alan Blockley says: “It was the unanimous decision of our Board to bring him 'into the fold’ and to be able to benefit even more closely from his vast experience and knowledge of the industry, its people and business in general. We look forward to a long and successful future together.”
