Brown & Co’s new regional hub has opened in Lincoln, which will be the new base for the company’s team relocated from Grantham and Spalding.
Charles Whitaker, managing partner of Brown & Co, says: “We are delighted to announce the opening of our new regional hub. This move will enable us to provide expertise, deliver additional client value and business opportunity for our clients and the firm for many years to come.
“We have fantastic roots in both Grantham and Spalding and we will continue to serve our existing clients from these locations (and from our Melton and Kings Lynn based teams) as well as offering them, and our new clients, the advantage of having all the Brown & Co services under one roof.”
Over time the new hub will include not only residential and commercial property teams but also members of the agency’s agricultural business consultancy, land division, and architecture and planning operations.
A year ago the agency announced its move to a hub structure.
