A council is offering a free event for agents and landlords to get the latest updates on national and local private rental regulation.
Breckland council - in the Norfolk and Suffolk areas - is staging the virtual forum, discussing Notices of Possessions which are set to change in March.
A council spokeswoman says: "As part of our commitment to working with landlords to drive up the quality of the rental market locally, our landlord lettings service will also be offering all landlords free advice and support on all aspects of successful property management.
“Covid-19 has had a dramatic impact on the rental market and it's crucial landlords attend this event to fully understand the vast array of support available, information on new grants and legislation that will be introduced over the coming months"
The event is on Zoom at 6pm on January 27 - register by emailing privatesector.housing@breckland.gov.uk.
