PropTech integration helps streamline deposit protection - claim

A new PropTech integration with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme’s API will help streamline deposit protection, it’s claimed.

According to Debbie Davies of TDS, the integration between its API and GNB Property helps “our goal to make life easier for agents, landlords, and tenants by using cutting-edge technology to simplify the rental experience for everyone.”

GNB already rovides an 'Agency In A Box' suite that says it’s a single system to run every part of an agency's business from managing properties and advertising lettings to rental payments and business finance.
