Foxtons chief executive Nic Budden says: “Gareth … has, for the last 10 years, been a key member of the senior management team and has done an outstanding job managing our North and West London region. His leadership skills, specialist lettings knowledge and understanding of the business made him the outstanding candidate for this role and he is ideally suited to drive continued growth in our lettings business, which is the market leader in London.”
