Franchise Agency of the Year named at award ceremony

A student-specialising lettings agency has been named as franchise of the year at the brand’s annual awards.

Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham, one of the largest student accommodation providers in the East Midlands, became part of the Belvoir Group in 2021.

Jonathan Macdonald, director and co-owner of the Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham branch, says: “To have won this award as a team for a fifth time since we initially launched our first franchised office in 2012 is a fantastic achievement. 

“I have two great business partners, Dan Strain and Kevin Laban, and together we also own the Nicholas Humphreys Manchester and Nicholas Humphreys Stoke offices. 

“This has been very much a team effort. We have some incredible people working with us throughout the business, and this award is a testament to their continued hard work and commitment.”
