B-hive Block Management Partners has been chosen by a senior industry figure to launch her own block and estate management venture, SAMAS Property Management.
Samantha Massey is the former vice chair of the Institute of Residential Property Management and current director of The Property Institute.
B-hive will support Massey’s venture, providing back-office services including health and safety, compliance, robust technology and compliant service charge accounting.
Massey says her new project emphasises educating players and delivering training to help foster a better relationship between managing agents and clients.
Vegner Group chief executive Alec Guthrie - whose business owns B-hive - says: “Sam has worked in the industry for a long time, and I am delighted she has chosen B-hive Block Management Partners. I am sure her new venture will be successful.”
