The innovative lettings and estate agency Hat and Home has opened its fifth office - and once again it’s an unusual branch.
The office in Sandhurst is being used to centralises all back office operations in the refurbished 2,700 square foot building.
It will house a central hub for its key functions including tenancy services, financial services, fleet and facilities, marketing and sales progression.
Founder Ben Gee comments: “As well as a welcoming estate agency branch on the ground floor the upper floors are specifically designed to be a fun and empowering environment for our fantastic operations team. Our people give 110 per cent every day and deserve a great working space to be able to have fun and relax as well as work hard.”
Managing director Luke Strzadala adds: “Sandhurst holds immense potential for Hat and Home, and we are excited to bring our unique proposition to this vibrant community.
“We are already listing properties for sale and let and with our vision of providing our customers with the very best service, Sandhurst is the perfect location to continue this mission”.
