Two well known agencies are to merge in Scotland.
Cullen Kilshaw LLP, a solicitors and lettings and estate agency, is to merge with JD Clark & Allan, a long-established firm in the Borders.
The combined firm will trade under the name of Cullen Kilshaw brand and partner Ross Kilshaw says: “We are very excited about this assimilation, which will strengthen our position as the leading solicitor estate agents in the Scottish Borders.
“We have always admired the work of JD Clark & Allan and we are looking forward to welcoming their staff and clients to our firm, and to continuing their proud legacy in the town of Duns.
“We believe that by combining our resources and expertise, we will be able to offer an even better service to existing, and new, clients in the Duns area.”
And Amy Dickson, director at JD Clark & Allan, adds: “We are delighted to join forces with Cullen Kilshaw, a firm that shares our values and vision. Our firm has been serving the people of Berwickshire and beyond for generations and we are confident that this assimilation will ensure the continuity and quality of our services.”
