Agency brand expands once again in London

After announcing a new license in Southwark and Camberwell earlier this month Fine & Country is now expanding further in London with an outlet in the Winchmore Hill area of Enfield.

Property entrepreneur Justin John will be operating under the Fine & Country banner from this coming weekend and will employ six members of staff running lettings, property management and sales. 

John already owns and manages four agencies in London and Hertfordshire and says: “I have always regarded Winchmore Hill as a fantastic opportunity to get involved in better quality stock, hence my decision to utilise the Fine & Country reputation to access the upper quartile on top of my existing brands. 

“I would say that this part of Enfield is an aspirational area to live; however, the market has proved tough of late due to cooling conditions. According to Rightmove data, properties in Winchmore Hill had an overall average price of just under £740,000 in 2022, while flats have been selling for an average of £370,000. While the market is a little more challenging than previous years, overall house prices in the area are still up 10 per cent on 2021.”
