PropTech provider OnTheMarket Software has integrated a digital e-signature service, Finch, into its TecLet platform.
The integration within TecLet claims to save on administration time by automating the distribution of all tenancy documents once the appropriate signing process has been completed.
Prescribed information can automatically be sent as part of the Deposit Payment workflow and all documents can be both electronically and wet signed as part of the same workflow, including any Guarantor Deed and Witness requirements.
