OnTheMarket says lettings agency deal means it’s “more than just a portal”

OnTheMarket has bagged Arun Estates, one of the UK's largest agency groups, in a deal involving the TecLet lettings platform.

TecLet, an automated pre-tenancy and property management platform, will be used across Arun Estates’ 100-plus branches.

OTM chief executive Jason Tebb says: “We launched OnTheMarket Software as part of our strategy of building a differentiated, technology-enabled property business and are delighted that Arun Estates has chosen our TecLet platform for its entire lettings business.
