"Move Estate Agents has a reputation for delivering exceptional service to its clients, and I'm thrilled to be joining such a respected and established company at this stage in its growth" says Brewer.

"I'm excited to lead the team and build on the company's success, delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As part of my vision for the company, I plan to expand [the] service offering. We will be looking to even better serve the needs of landlords and tenants, while maintaining the company's commitment to providing outstanding customer service”.

Brewer has some 20 years’ experience in the industry, including stints as branch managers for Davis Tate Estate Agents in Abingdon and Strakers in Marlborough. He’s also been a director with Pilgrim Bond & Brewer and started his agency career with Rural Scene.

Tatham-Losh - who will be stepping down as MD to allow him to focus on a senior leadership role responsible for the businesses strategic direction - comments: “I am fiercely proud of Move Estate Agents long-standing reputation for excellence in the industry, having won numerous awards and accolades over the years. Under the leadership of John, I am confident the company is poised for continued success and growth. This will allow me more time to focus on the further growth of the company."
