Big PropTech deal for over half of LSL franchise agents

Over half of the agency branches sold to franchisees by LSL Property Services have signed up to a large PropTech deal.

As LSL repositions itself to specialise mostly in financial services, so it has franchised almost all of its 300-plus branches, including those of High Street brands Your Move and Reeds Rain. 

The majority of them are now operating as franchises and the process should complete within the next few weeks. 

Now over half have signed up to a deal with tenancy progression platform Propoly - a service which claims to speed the entire lettings process while ensuring easy compliance and referral fees on utility deals and tenant and landlord insurance. 

Sim Sekhon, Propoly managing director, says: “These agents clearly understand the importance of delivering excellent service, but they also know that in today’s climate, they can’t fall back on throwing more and more man hours at the job.”

Jon Rudd of National Home Move, which now operates 66 branches of YourMove and Reeds Rains, adds: “Propoly is an essential part of our lettings operation and has been key to our success in tenancy progression.
