Huddersfield entrepreneur Chan Khangura has added another specialist lettings agency to his portfolio.
With his father Kashmir he fought off tough competition to complete the acquisition of Let Two from director Dawn Hunt, who has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry.
Khangura, who runs Whitegates in Huddersfield, Brighouse and Holmfirth, now has more than 1,200 managed properties in his portfolio.
In recent years he has also bought long-established Huddersfield agency Whitworths along with Linden Lettings and Easy Lettings Northwest.
He says if his latest acquisition: “This purchase is great for Whitegates, and it’s great to have won the contract based on our values and ambitions.”
