PropTech Bonanza as new lettings integrations announced today

Proptech firm The Lettings Hub has launched a trio of integrations - with Reapit, Home Telecom, and Live Chat software Tawk.

Reapit integration will allow customers of both firms to create tenancies in The Lettings Hub platform BOX: the synchronised platforms will eliminate duplicate data entry.

The Home Telecom feature completes all utilities notifications for free, as well as combining energy, media and broadband switching packages for tenants.

The Live Chat Tawk feature allows agents, tenants and landlords to access the service from 5am to 9pm with the options of human responses or to chat to a phone or video call for additional support.

Heidi Shackell, chief executive of The Lettings Hub, says: "We want agencies to be able to utilise BOX integrations to further customise and enhance their own proposition. The three integrations we’ve launched today provide the perfect unison of speed, efficiency, and client service for agencies to benefit from.

“The trend towards mix and match technologies and partnerships to meet the needs of a fast-paced lettings industry shows no sign of stopping and is something we embrace; our next deliveries will bring payment technologies and pet-based solutions into the platform for our clients.”

Meanwhile industry suppliers mydeposits and The Depositary have completed a partner integration for both Insured and Custodial tenant deposit protection schemes.

It means agents and corporate landlords working with mydeposits will be able to access The Depositary when concluding tenancies.

The Depositary - founded by high profile agent Kristjan Byfield of London firm base property specialists in 2020 - claims to reduce admin when concluding tenancies by as much as 95 per cent. It says it currently works with some 100 agency brands, has processed over 23,000 tenancy conclusions and adds another 50 tenancies per day.

“Our brand new integration will mean mydeposit agents and corporate landlords up and down the country will now be able to benefit from the huge time-savings and enhanced customer journey that our platform delivers” says Byfield.

Tim Frome - head of partnerships at mydeposits - adds: “mydeposits agents using the Depositary should benefit from a quicker and smoother deposit return process. If a dispute does need to be raised it then benefits our adjudicators as the evidence will be collated and they can see that efforts were made to negotiate the return of the deposit’.

So excited to welcome mydeposits clients to our platform. If agents leverage all of our partner integrations they can benefit from automated checkout bookings, automated gathering & distribution of checkout meter readings, automated checkout report distribution, dilapidations instantly extracted from the checkout report on a dashboard ready to curate, automatic closure of deposit protection and, where necessary, the creation and upload of dispute files. Potentially hours of menial work automated- happier staff, happier tenants, more successful lettings operation.
