PropTech firm Goodlord and its Vouch brand are again holding a so-called State of the Lettings Industry survey.
It’s now in its sixth year and claims to be the most comprehensive annual analysis of its kind, involving letting agents, landlords, and tenants
The company says the report will provide the sector with an in-depth analysis of the trends, progress and challenges when it is released in September.
“This year, the report will aim to quantify industry sentiment on a range of hotly discussed issues, such as landlords leaving the market and the true impact of interest rate rises” says a statement from the company.
Respondents will be asked for their opinion on the current market conditions, the upcoming EPC changes, macro economic pressures, and their thoughts on the scrapping of Section 21, amongst other hot topics. The report will also reveal findings from a survey of thousands of tenants, including the impact of rising rental costs and pressures to find a rental house amidst rising demand.
Once again, three Amazon vouchers are on offer to tempt respondents, who have until July 25 to fulfil their survey forms here.
