Agency brothers Matt and Neil Baldock have completed the purchase of one of Chelmsford’s oldest letting agencies, First Choice.
The brothers will welcome clients and two existing staff into their Charles David Casson agency, also based in Chelmsford.
Matt Baldock says: ‘’First Choice has been a fixture of the Chelmsford estate agency scene for as long as we have been in the profession so this acquisition is incredibly special to us.’’
And Neil Baldock adds ‘’Having known and respected the owner of this business for so many years it’s a real honour that he approached us directly as he felt we were the best fit to carry on looking after his clients.”
This is the Baldocks’ fifth acquisition in as many years and they say they are keen to speak to any other agency owners in Essex who are looking for an exit plan.
