A London-focused lettings agency is partnering with Barratt London to encourage Indian investors.
Barratt London, with 40 years’ experience in the capital delivering up to 2,000 units annually, is linking with Benham and Reeves which has 12 international offices across China, India, Hong Kong, Israel, Malaysia, Middle East, Pakistan, Singapore and South Africa.
The partnership’s first exclusive launch is Wembley Park Gardens in north London.
Benham and Reeves managing director Anita Mehta says: “We’re very excited to have the Barratt London Directors visiting India for this fantastic launch.
“We’ve spent decades building an established global brand based on our expertise of the London market, helping investors from all corners of the globe to make an informed decision on the best property purchase to suit their individual requirements.
