London-born property magnate Paul Kemsley, nicknamed PK, is the agent at the centre of a new TV property show starting this evening.
He has returned from Beverly Hills to London with one mission in mind – to take over the capital’s super prime property market with the help of some new agents.
In Selling Super Houses, eight aspiring agents compete for the job of a lifetime – showcasing and selling super prime properties for PK, at his exclusive independent agency.
Viewers are promised multi-million-pound properties and cut-throat competition and in this evening’s opening episode the challenge is to host an open house event at one of the agency's most exclusive properties, worth £20m.
First impressions count, and the trainees must show they’ve got what it takes to make it in this industry.
Which of them will rise to the challenge and which will buckle under the pressure? And most importantly, can any of them secure a sale?
