ESTAS platform goes mobile in response to client feedback

The ESTAS Group has unveiled a mobile version of its core Review and Insight products.

ESTAS Mobile offers the same functionality of the Review and Insight tools, accessible from a phone.

This enables users to instantly access previous reviews and service ratings, for example when conducting a valuation - enabling the agent to show a prospective vendor feedback left by previous clients.


Agents can also use the ESTAS Mobile platform to send private feedback requests at the relevant key touch points in transactions without needing to be at their desk.

ESTAS Mobile is only available to existing customers and will require an additional subscription of £5 for per month for up to 5 users.

ESTAS Group commercial director Ben Marley says: “By providing a fully optimised for mobile version of the platform, agents can now use ESTAS Mobile to make the most efficient use of their time in between appointments.”

And ESTAS Group chief executive Simon Brown adds: “Client feedback suggested that a ‘mobile friendly’ version would significantly assist in increasing its adoption. This is yet further evidence of our commitment to property professionals to provide them with tools that add value to their businesses.”
