Major agency group signs deal with deposit alternative supplier

Deposit alternative company flatfair has announced a major new agency partnership with the Andrews Property Group. 

Andrews branches will be able to offer customers both conventional deposits and a No Deposit product - it joins other agencies using flatfair, including Beals, CGT and Dawsons Property, plus Build To rent operators such as Fizzy Living and Greystar.

Group lettings director for Andrews, and President Elect of ARLA Propertymark, Angharad Trueman says: “The uncertain economic times we are living in mean it’s more important now than ever that landlords can receive 10 weeks protection on their rental property, but that we also provide a choice to renters. 

“For a tenant, utilising flatfair means the ability to move without having to find the money for a five week deposit upfront when they still have a five week deposit locked away from their previous home.
