Knight Frank’s Richmond residential lettings team has welcomed Ivanka Modesteva-Gyurova as Head of Lettings.
Modesteva-Gyurova began her career at Foxtons in 2007, where she remained for 12 years. She went on to work for John D Wood and most recent role was Senior Lettings Director at Stirling Ackroyd.
In her new role she will run Knight Frank’s lettings office in Richmond and will be tasked with building market share in the area.
Modesteva-Gyurova comments: “As an experienced estate agent with a proven track record of success, I have dedicated over a decade to providing exceptional service to clients in the Richmond area.
“Having sharpened my skills in Central London over the past five years, I am thrilled to bring my expertise back to my roots in Richmond. With a deep understanding of the local market both professionally and personally, I am excited to reconnect with Richmond landlords and build on these relationships, offering them my continued service and support.”
