The final shortlists for some the 2025 ESTAS Awards will be revealed at noon today.

Award shortlists being published include The People Awards, Supplier Awards and The Collaboration Awards.

The ESTAS People Awards category was introduced 14 years ago to highlight the efforts of individual members of staff who go ‘above and beyond’ to help clients through the home moving process. The shortlist is based on thousands of nominations through ESTAS customer reviews. Sixty individuals have made the shortlist and 10 will be honoured at the awards where they will receive a special trophy.

The ESTAS Supplier of the Year Awards is celebrating 15 years making them the longest running supplier awards in the property industry. All suppliers who use the ESTAS customer review platform have a chance to be shortlisted as the results are based on the service ratings submitted by agents themselves, who rate how important supplier services are to their own business success. A record 20,000 ratings were submitted this year, and 37 supplier firms have made the shortlist. Suppliers will be recognised in ‘Best in Sector’ categories as well having a chance to the win the overall ‘Supplier of the Year’ title at the glittering ESTAS Awards Ceremony in October.

ESTAS host Phil Spencer says: “The products and services provided by suppliers to agencies are an integral part of the customer experience agents deliver to their clients so it’s only right that The ESTAS recognise the contribution those suppliers make to the whole moving experience.”

The third and final shortlist is The Collaboration Award sponsored by Coadjute which highlights agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers who are working more closely together to help speed transaction times for home movers. Some 40 firms have been nominated.

Dan Salmons, chief executive at Coadjute, comments: “We are once again thrilled to be supporting the prestigious ESTA awards. The estate agents that offer truly outstanding service are invariably also those that work closely with conveyancers and brokers, and we are delighted to be recognising and celebrating those in our industry who do that brilliantly. Good luck to all of those nominated, we will see you in October!”

The 22nd annual ESTAS Awards sponsored by Reapit will be held on Friday October 17 at the Grosvenor House in London. The event will bring together over 1,000 of the best agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers together to network and celebrate their success.

The full shortlists will be published on www.theestas.com at midday today.
