Letting agents are being urged to attend a forum on the Renters Rights Act next month.

It’s on Wednesday May 13 in Leamington Spa and is organised by the local council in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).

Presentations include bite-size talks covering policy and legislation changes.

A council statement says: “Delegates can network with other professionals, and a range of experts will be on hand to answer questions.

“The event offers those working in the private rented sector the chance to keep up to date with legislation and trends, network with other professionals and gain valuable insight.”

A council spokesperson adds: This forum provides the perfect opportunity for letting agents and others working in the private sector to stay informed and ask questions about this new legislation, as well as hearing about the latest updates from the council and the energy efficiency grants available.

“This event is always well attended, so please secure your free ticket as soon as possible.” Book your place today.
