Connells Group has acquired Crofts Estate Agents, a well‑established business operating across North East Lincolnshire.

Founded over 20 years ago, Crofts is headquartered in Cleethorpes, with branches in Louth and Immingham.

The acquisition of three new branches expands Connells Group’s footprint in an area where it is under-represented.

Crofts has a lettings portfolio of close to 700 properties, as well as what is described as “a consistent and well‑established sales business.”

Chris Rosindale, chief operating officer at Connells Group, says: “This acquisition represents a strategic opportunity to expand our footprint into a new territory where we are not currently represented. Crofts is a highly respected business with a strong local brand and an excellent team, and we are delighted to welcome them into Connells Group.”

And Gary Croft, the founder of Crofts, adds: “Connells Group love our brand, love our amazing staff and love the results we get in both sales and lettings. Now with their powerful marketing team, strategists and countrywide dominance, our customers can not only benefit from our local knowledge and incredible customer service but from the reach of a huge powerful national brand.”

Connells says the move following it’s group’s strategy of sustainable growth through the purchase of high‑quality businesses in new and complementary locations, enabling it to extend its reach while maintaining strong local identities.
